While we are unable to fully satisfy everyone, we have policies in place to regulate our clients for their safety and to ensure adherence to any property or building policies. We use technological tools to monitor and ensure that clients adhere to acceptable noise levels. Also, our clients are vetted and there are repercussions for any policies not adhered to. When necessary, clients in violation of policies will not be permitted back for future stays.
We are a business and so you are guaranteed timely rental payments. We also provide a more substantive insurance policy that protects the property not just the renter. We maintain cleanliness and ensure the property is properly maintained by a team of dedicated support staff.
Yes. We handle the day-to-day management of the property so you have one less apartment to worry about. We have a dedicated cleaning team to thoroughly clean and sanitize after each guest stay. We also have insurance policies totaling over 1 million dollars per apartment to cover any breakage or damage caused by our clients. Lastly, our property managers are always on call to handle any client issues, so you don’t have to.
We have smart locks installed on all our properties to ensure that our clients have a keyless and seamless entry experience and minimize the risk of key loss. We will also pay to have any lost keys replaced.
